Hey! My name is Anton and Iām an entrepreneurial self-starter with a proven record of taking companies from $0 to $50M+. I love building and leading teams, establishing and executing on strategic goals, and figuring out everything else that happens when you start and grow a company.
Currently, I help entrepreneurs buy and sell their businesses. It is the most fulfilling thing I can ever imagine doing: rewarding hard-working entrepreneurs after years of them putting their blood, sweat, and tears into starting and growing their businesses.
I started my career with 10+ years in tech/software sales and partnerships. After that, I joined my family's biotech company Nanosyn where I managed our business development efforts, helped lead our senior management team, and was responsible for our successful 8-figure exit.
Avid cyclist, aspiring semi-professional chef, and lover of long dogs with short legs (ask me, Iāll show you).

Testimonials
āAnton was my direct manager for 2+ years and was one of the best teachers/mentors I ever worked with.
He has a unique ability to set out a vision, then execute and scale that vision with precise precision. As a 1 on 1 coach, he was able to nurture and give feedback in a constructive way that brings everyone up. And as a leader he was able to set up goals and beat and exceed them on a consistent basis.
During my time working with him, he scaled a sales team from 1 to ~12 employees while maintaining a culture of growth and inclusivity.
Iād happily work with/for Anton again and anyone that is able to snag him on their team will be lucky to have him.ā
āAnton was my boss and a guiding force at Sumo. As the VP of Sales, he set the culture for growth and accountability to our ambitious goals.
He is a strong, yet caring leader. I remember my first month on the job our team was tracking a little behind target and he said, āWe will not miss our goal this month. Weāre going to spend this meeting deciding what we need to do to guarantee success.ā I knew I was in the right place.
Anton always did a great job bringing us together to celebrate and just take our mind off work. The whole team genuinely looked forward to these outings and it was a key ingredient to our high-performing team.
Most importantly, Anton saw my potential and he believed in me. He let me run with my ideas, encouraged me, and promoted me. Working with Anton was one of the most accelerated chapters of learning Iāve had in my career.
Iām excited to see what he does next!ā
āI cannot say enough good things about Anton. Both personally and professionally, he is an outstanding person to work with. We hired Anton for one project, but based upon his competence and intellectual curiosity, he quickly developed work in areas we hadnāt anticipated. His work product is superlative. Further, because he comes from a family of small business owners, he values and appreciates the role of a business owner. As his employer, I found myself creating projects solely to justify Antonās continued work at our Firm. I would hire him again without reservation.ā
